Good mods? Any other ideas? Note that i don't mind spending a little more money if it helps the pedal feel, especially the brake. See these two links: The pedals themselves offer a huge amount of customization. This is possibly our favorite part of the pedals. You can adjust the spacing between each pedal by mounting the pedal plate in one of three locations.

They allow for floor mounted or inverted pedal mounting positions. This in turn, allows you to set up your pedals to mimic a range of driving setups. You can floor mount them for formula style driving. Or invert them for GT and road cars. Thrustmaster have been making the right steps towards the ultimate pedal set for a while. The base pedals you get with some Thrustmaster wheels come with only two pedals and are just not fit for sim racing. Fanatec ClubSport pedals V3 (and V1 + V2) are supplied with their own USB. This means that you can connect them directly to your PC, and will work with any wheel base. Again, this is only the case on PC and with games which support multiple inputs which are listed above. Can You Use Fanatec Pedals With Thrustmaster Wheels Xbox or PS5? If you have previously used the standard two pedal kit that comes with Thrustmaster wheels, these will feel familiar. The brake and throttle pedals both feel almost identical to the two pedal kit. The same applies with the Fanatec shifter, as with the handbrake. Simply use the compatibility method detailed above to utilise a Fanatec shifter with a Thrustmaster wheel. Again, this method works across PC, Xbox and PS5.

Serious strength lurks inside this luxury peripheral.

The conical brake mod is where these pedals really come in to their own. The T3PA-Pro pedals come with two brake mods in fact. The first is the spring based brake mod from the T500RS pedals. This is OK, and effectively makes the brake pedal stiffer. These are designed to work on all T range Thrustmaster wheels, and they should be a must buy for those who have a T300 or TX racing wheel. If you already have a T500 RS, these are practically the same but with the extra braking mod. The T3PA pedals include a factory supplied "conical brake mod" which is intended to feel just like a load cell. Don't be fooled! This device makes the pedal feel increasingly firmer the further it is pressed, making harder to move. However, the pedal is still using a potentiometer and is still reading movement rather than force. So while the game is determining braking by how far the pedal has moved, the "conical brake mod" is preventing the pedal from moving creating a dis-proportioned amount of in-game braking relative to the force being applied to the pedal. A load cell corrects this. The load cell replaces the potentiometer and turns the pedal into a purely force-based reading. Therefore, any additional force on the pedal directly translates into a proportional amount of braking applied in the game. This leads to better control over the brakes for better trail braking resulting in better lap times. Note: On PlayStation®5, your racing wheel also works with all PS4™ compatible games listed in the LIST OF PLAYSTATION®4 GAMES section.

You may think on first impression that these look identical to the already existing T500RS pedals. And, well they are certainly very similar. But that is for good reason. The T500RS pedals feature the best product design of any Thrustmaster pedal set to date. This allows you to run a closer brake and throttle pedal for heel and toe downshifting, if that’s your style. We would definitely recommend installing this rubber cone, as it dramatically increases the performance and feeling of the brake. Over time you will be able to brake more consistently and realistically, than you could without it.By being able to adjust each pedal in to three different configurations, you will find it much easier to get a good setup for your preference. Many race cars in real life feature a brake and throttle pedal which are mounted closer together. To start with, you should know that the T3PA pedals are completely plug and play. This means that all you have to do is connect them to a compatible wheel base, (any of the T range of wheel bases) and they’ll work. The main issue with trying to use Fanatec pedals with a Thrustmaster wheel Xbox or Fanatec pedals with a Thrustmaster wheel PS5, is that these consoles only support 1 USB input device. This means that both Xbox and PS5 can only have 1 input device plugged in at once. Connecting Fanatec pedals and a Thrustmaster wheel in to separate USB ports counts as 2 inputs, and therefore wouldn’t work on Xbox or PS5 out of the box. You will require an adapter.

The Basherboards CPX Adapter V2 is compatible with the following sim racing devices, allowing you to combine any of the following; When you compare these pedals to the standard two pedal set you will see a lot of similarities. The majority of the base of each pedal set is made from plastic. The pedals themselves feature a similar metal design and construction, and they’re hinged in the exact same way. The Best F1 23 Racing Wheels View the very best racing wheels for F1 23 on Xbox, PC & PS5. View the best wheelsUnlike other pedals which utilize cheap load cells originally designed for use in a postal scale, the load cell in the LC3 upgrade kit is a medical-grade load cell designed to withstand much higher loads at faster response times. The load cell is designed to have an unlimited life cycle and the accompanying components are designed to be equally as robust.
