Ensure you are using the correct Washer type for the head of the fixing - you MUST use a CSK Washer with Countersunk-head fixings, and F/B Washer for all "flat-bottomed" fixings such as pan-heads, flange-heads etc. This was a great fast service.Staff were helpful to match up the coulours with our sinage.
